Damien Smith is admitted to practice law in both the State of New York along with the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. After receiving his bachelors in science from Iona College, Mr. Smith obtained his juris doctorate from St. John’s School of Law. Mr. Smith previously practiced law with a prestigious insurance defense firm where his concentration was in medical malpractice, employment discrimination and constitutional rights.
Mr. Smith is a member of the New York State Bar Association, Queens County Bar Association, Catholic Lawyers, St. Patrick’s Society of Queens, and Flushing Lawyers Club.
