Profile

James LiCalzi, a partner at Duffy & Duffy, is a experienced civil litigator who concentrates his practice on representing catastrophically injured individuals in both complex medical malpractice and significant personal injury cases. Along with representing clients all the way throug discovery to trial, Mr. LiCalzi also represents the firm’s clients in the appellate courts.

Mr. LiCalzi frequently gives lectures on trial preparation along with being a lecturer for the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association and the National Business Institute on a wide variety of topics for fellow legal professionals. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers, the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Nassau County Bar Association.

Mr. LiCalzi earned his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University of Law and is a graduate of Franklin and Marshall College.
